Orders placed by 12pm CST are processed same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, and another notification once your order has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments.

International Shipping:
We offer International Shipping via UPS Expedited service. Expected delivery within 2-5 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Black Crest is not responsible for these charges.

We accept returns up to 90 days after order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
