Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders ship from our US logistics warehouse in Texas. Orders placed by 12pm CST are processed same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, and another notification once your order has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments.

We ship to all US Territories and APO/FPO/DOPO addresses.

International Shipping:

We offer International Shipping via FedEx service. Expected delivery within 2-5 business days. Your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Black Crest is not responsible for these charges. Duties are included as part of your shipping charges.

We accept returns up to 90 days after order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please log into your account to request an exchange, or email us as soon as possible at help@blackcrest.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
