RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please go to our return portal and enter your email address and order number to get started.

Return Notes:

  • Merchandise returned within 90 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 

  • If returned after 90 days a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

  • For online orders, return windows will be determined by the purchase date of the items shipped to the recipient.

  • We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items for return or exchange.  All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate and make it right. 

  • Returns made without an original sales receipt qualify for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value. 

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, or items marked “Final Sale” or “Last Call”

  • Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, or as a gift card.  No fees or shipping costs are associated with gift cards.

  • For international orders, any taxes or duties incurred against your purchase are non-refundable through BlackCrest as this is paid directly to your local customs. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for assistance with refunds or taxes and duties collected for your returned order. 

  • Black Crest monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
