Where can I purchase Black Crest products?

You can purchase Black Crest products exclusively through our official website, www.blackcrest.com.

Does Black Crest ship internationally?

Yes, Black Crest offers international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on the destination. Please check our Shipping Policy for more detailed information. Recipients are responsible for the additional shipping cost and duties incurred.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's tracking service or you can log into your account to view order status.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found on your Black Crest account (if you signed in when placing your order), confirmation email, or on the packing slip found inside your package.

I’m missing my order confirmation email. 

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, this could be due to a few reasons. You may have incorrectly typed your email address when placing the order, there may be a tech delay in confirmation emails, or the order wasn’t successfully placed.  

If you’ve waited 24 hours, still haven’t received a confirmation email and you’re unsure whether you’ve successfully placed your order, you can contact us for support. We can confirm whether your order has been placed, but we can’t reissue a confirmation email.

I’m missing my order tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order tracking number, this could be due to a few reasons. You may have incorrectly typed your email address when placing the order, there may be a tech delay in confirmation emails, or the order wasn’t successfully placed.  

If you’ve waited 48 hours, still haven’t received your order tracking number and you’re unsure whether you’ve successfully placed your order, you can contact us for support. We can confirm whether your order has been placed and if your order has shipped we will share your order tracking number with you.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to our support team right away. We’ll do our best to stop your order from shipping and start the cancellation process.

Since we ship orders quickly, your order may already be in the fulfillment process. If that happens, we’ll try our best to prevent shipment, but we can’t guarantee it.

If we can’t modify your order before it ships, don’t worry. You can start a return (subject to our Return Policy) once your order arrives. If your order was cancelled and you’re wondering why it was cancelled, see below. 

Why was my order cancelled? 

If your order was cancelled, you won’t be charged and any pending charges will drop within 3-10 business days. While order cancellations can happen for a variety of reasons, they typically occur due to low inventory or issues with forms of payment.

If you notice the item you’re looking to buy is still in stock online, we encourage you to place a new order and ensure your shipping address, billing address, and payment are correct before placing your new order.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address for an order, please reach out to our support team right away at help@blackcrest.com or 1-800-598-2603 with the correct address. We’ll do our best to update your address.

Since we ship orders quickly, your order may already be in the fulfillment process. If that happens, we’ll try our best to prevent shipment, but we can’t guarantee it.

If we are unable to modify your address, we may be able to contact the courier, to request an address update or you might need to reach out to UPS yourself to request an address update. 

Can I make edits to my order after it is placed? 

We are unable to edit or modify products in your order after it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct items, please contact our customer service team at help@blackcrest.com or call us at 1-800-598-2603.

How do you ship orders? 

We offer free ground shipping through UPS on all orders within the contiguous US with expedited shipping available for a flat rate of $30 for US orders. International orders will incur a flat-rate $30 shipping fee. If the delivery address includes a PO Box, delivery will be handled by USPS.

Expedited Shipping: If you choose expedited shipping, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days after processing. Standard shipping times may vary based on your location.

International orders: We offer International Shipping via UPS Expedited service. Expected delivery within 2-5 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Black Crest is not responsible for these charges.

Typically orders placed by 12pm CST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped through UPS. Please reference our Shipping Policy for further details.

After your order is placed, it will be processed at our warehouse, usually within 1-2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Where is my order? 

Wondering about the status of your order? We’re here to help. Here’s a quick guide to understand where your package might be.

Order in Transit

If your order is currently in transit and has shown recent movement, please note that it's now in the hands of the shipping courier. We recommend monitoring the tracking information for any updates.

If you need a more detailed status, you can reach out directly to the shipping courier, UPS for assistance.

Order Not Shipped Yet

If your order has not shipped and it’s past the expected processing window of 1-2 business days, please reference your order confirmation email. 

Package Marked as Delivered

If you believe your order is lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer service team at help@blackcrest.com. We evaluate lost package cases individually. If we determine that your package was lost or stolen, we can either reship it or provide store credit if the item is out of stock. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it at the specified address, please notify us within 7 days.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do? 

We understand it can be frustrating if you believe an item is missing from your order. Here’s what to do:

Step 1: Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email

First, please review the shipping confirmation email you received. Occasionally, we may need to split shipments depending on product availability or shipping logistics. This means that some items in your order may arrive separately and at different times.

The shipping confirmation email will detail what items you can expect in a specific package.

Step 2: Keep the Original Packaging

If you’ve already received part of your order, please keep the original packaging, hangtags attached to product and all contents. Sometimes items can be overlooked or hidden within the packaging, and holding onto everything ensures that nothing gets lost or damaged in the process of checking.

Step 3: Contact Us Right Away

If after reviewing your confirmation email and checking your packaging, you still believe an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will be happy to help you resolve the issue quickly. If the missing product that you initially purchased is no longer available due to lack of inventory, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item less any item level discounts applied. 

Please note, if you contact us outside of the 7 day period with this issue, we will not be able to issue you a replacement item.

My order, or an item in my order, arrived damaged. What do I do? 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, it’s unworn, with the hang tags still attached, rest assured that we’re here to help you resolve this issue quickly. 

Step 1: Keep Everything in Your Order

Please keep the damaged merchandise and the original box the order came in. Do not discard any of these items, as they may be needed for the claims process.

Step 2: Take Photos 

Take clear photos of the damage, including: the damaged item(s), the original packaging and any other relevant details that show the extent of the damage.

Step 3: Submit a Claim

Head to our return portal to start your return and select the option "Item Damaged." Then upload all the photos you took, as this will help us process your claim more efficiently.

Step 4: Wait for Our Response

After submitting your claim, please continue to hold onto the damaged items and packaging. Our team will review your submission and be in contact with you shortly to assist you further.

I think my package is lost. What do I do? 

At Black Crest, we understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn’t arrive as expected. To assist our customers effectively, the following lost package policy has been established.

If you need to report a lost package, please contact our customer service team with your order details, including your name, order number, and any relevant information about the situation within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after this period cannot be processed.

Our customer service team reviews lost package claims on a case-by-case basis. We will investigate the situation and work with the shipping courier to determine the best course of action.

Please note that lost packages are not eligible for a refund. Our policy is to support customers through the investigation process rather than issue refunds for lost items.

Where can I find my order history?

You can access your order history by logging into your Black Crest account on the My Account page. Don’t have an account? No problem at all, you’ll still be able to access your order history by creating an account with the email address you placed any previous order with. Create a Black Crest account and gain access to your order history, recently viewed styles, and all other account information. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is Black Crest's return and exchange policy?

Black Crest offers free 90 day returns and exchanges from the original purchase date with original packaging and unremoved hangtags will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price less any discounts. If returned after 90 days, the shipping cost to return the merchandise is your responsibility as the customer and only store credit will be issued at the original selling price less any discounts. Please note that at this time international returns or exchanges are not available.

I received Black Crest as a gift. Can I return or exchange it? 

Absolutely! If you received a Black Crest piece as a gift and need to return or exchange it, we’re happy to help. Just reach out to our customer service team with the order number (if you have it) or the name/email of the purchaser so we can locate the order.

Within 90 Days: Returns or exchanges are free within 90 days of the original purchase date. You can exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value, or receive store credit.

After 90 Days: If the return window has passed, we can still assist with a return for store credit only.

Our goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free—even if you weren’t the one who made the purchase.

Can I combine multiple returns/exchanges on one return label? 

At this time all returns and/or exchanges will need to be done on a per order basis. 

Proof of purchase 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns (except as noted otherwise). Proof of purchase is acceptable through the packing slip, online receipt, delivery confirmation email, or your purchase order history within your account (for Black Crest Account Holders). 

If you’d like to return an item, but don’t have proof of purchase, you may be asked to provide personal information in the form of an ID, such as a federal or state/province-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, military ID and passports). For a complete list of acceptable forms of ID, see the list below. Refunds will be applied to a Black Crest store credit gift card or in accordance with applicable law. 

Acceptable forms of ID include: US, Canadian, or Mexican Driver’s License, US State or Canadian Provincial ID, Canadian Health Card, Passport, Mexican Matricular Consular, Mexican Voter Registration, or some other third-party documents (e.g., a utility bill) which displays your first name, last name, and address 

Your information will be collected and used for the purpose of fraud detection and making return authorization decisions. This data is transferred to and accessible by Black Crest’s third-party return verification system.

Refund Timing & Delay 

Once your return is processed at our warehouse (3-5 business days), your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. If you haven’t received an email that your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return.

Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. If you’ve received an email that your return has been processed but still haven’t received your refund, you can contact us for support.

How do I get a shipping label for my return and/or exchange? 

Once you’ve started a return online, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to print your shipping label. If you’re looking to re-print your shipping label, you’ll have a few options:

  • Start your return by entering your email address and order ID that can be found in your order confirmation email.  
  • Log into your Black Crest account and select “view purchase details” to find the order or item(s) you returned. Then click the shipping label link under the “Track Return” button on the right-side of the Purchase Details page. 

Keep in mind that you have 30 days to bring your return to your local UPS office before your shipping label expires. If your shipping label has already expired, you’ll need to contact us for a new one. 

I need to follow up on my return/exchange inquiry.  

If you’ve submitted an inquiry to us, please wait 3-5 business days for a follow up. Sending an additional email before we’ve responded causes your inquiry to be bumped to the bottom of the queue. We appreciate your patience.

Payment & Gift Cards

What types of payment methods does Black Crest accept? 

You can pay online using a credit/debit card, prepaid credit cards, e-gift cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal. 

Can I buy a gift card? 

Yes! You can purchase gift cards directly on our website here at increments of $50, $75, $100, and $150. An e-gift card will be sent within an hour of purchase. Discount codes will not be applicable towards the purchase of a gift card. 

How do I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card directly in your cart or during checkout after you have added items to your cart. Please make sure that you have your unique gift card code available that was emailed to you in an attachment after purchase. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.

Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your cart. Type your gift card code into the 'Redeem Gift Card' field and then click 'Go'.

What is Black Crest gift cards policy? 

Our gift cards are good to use online only and expire after 3 years. We can’t replace lost or stolen gift cards, so we recommend adding your gift card to your account to keep it safe. Learn more by visiting our Gift Card Terms of Use.

Lost or stolen gift cards

We can’t replace lost or stolen gift cards. We recommend always adding your gift card to your Black Crest account to ensure it’s safe.

Gift card fraud and scam support 

Here at Black Crest, we want to ensure that you as our customer are able to protect yourself and others from scams involving Black Crest gift cards. 

If you’re the victim of a scam, stop all communication and contact your local law enforcement. If you think you’re the victim of a scam involving Black Crest gift cards, contact us immediately. 

Black Crest gift cards can only be used for purchases made directly online through our website, www.blackcrest.com. For more information, please see our Gift Card Terms of Use.

Keep your gift card code private. Do not share your gift card code with anyone you don’t know or trust, especially online. Once scammers have access to your gift card details, the funds can be redeemed immediately, before you can contact law enforcement or our Guest Education Centre (GEC).

Only purchase gift cards directly from Black Crest. 

Don’t buy Black Crest gift cards from: Social media marketplaces, Gift card resellers, Non-authorized gift card marketplaces, or similar entities.   

Black Crest cannot support you if you purchase a gift card from any third-party retailer (authorized or unauthorized). Please connect with the retailer that the card was purchased from if you experience an issue.

Remember: Black Crest doesn’t protect your gift card balance. You’re responsible for keeping your gift card information secure. Never share your gift card code with anyone. If you suspect a scam, stop all communication immediately and contact your local law enforcement agency.

Programs & Discounts

Why is my discount code not working?

To get the most out of your shopping experience, please keep the following guidelines in mind when using discount or coupon codes. All discount and coupon codes can only be applied to full-priced merchandise. Please note that some codes are one-time use codes, codes designated for first-time purchasers only, or have a minimum spend threshold (cart subtotal must reach a certain dollar value) before the code will be available for use.

Discounts and coupons cannot be used on the following: Gift Cards, Last Call merchandise, or discounted merchandise. Please note this list is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Black Crest. 

Code Usage: Only one promotion, coupon, or discount code is allowed per order and stacking multiple codes or promotions is not permitted.

Can I use multiple discount codes or promotions on a single purchase?

No. Black Crest does not allow code stacking at this time. Only one promotion, coupon, or discount code is allowed per order on full-price merchandise only.

Does Black Crest offer a military discount?

Not at the moment but we’re working on it! At Black Crest, we have the utmost respect and gratitude for those who serve and have served. Your dedication and sacrifice mean so much to us, and we want to show our appreciation in a meaningful way. That’s why we’re actively working on creating a military discount program and hope to have it in place in the near future.

Does Black Crest have a loyalty program?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re seriously considering. We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our loyal customers, and we want to create a way to give back. A loyalty program is definitely on our radar as a future offering to reward the amazing community that keeps Black Crest thriving.

As we’re building this program out, we want to make sure it’s a program you love and feel rewarded with because we value your feedback and would be nowhere without our customers like you! In order to make this the best program for our customers, we would love to hear from you what you love, and maybe aren’t the most keen on, with loyalty programs from other brands that you participate in. Does Black Crest have a referral program? 

Not right now, but exciting news… it’s in the works for 2026! We love when our customers share Black Crest with their friends, family, and colleagues, so we’re developing a referral program that will make it rewarding for everyone. This upcoming program will give your loved ones a reason to try Black Crest and thank you for spreading the word.

Does Black Crest offer tax exemptions? 

As a consumer business operating in multiple states, we are required to charge sales tax dependent on the volume of business within that particular state.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exemptions. If you think you qualify for an exemption, please reach out to your local taxing authorities for guidance.

We ensure that our products are made with high standards of craftsmanship and in accordance with fair labor practices by exclusively working with BlueSign approved vendors, allowing us to prioritize sustainability in our sourcing and manufacturing processes.

What are BlueSign approved vendors? 

BlueSign is a globally recognized certification system in the textile industry that focuses on environmental safety, worker health, and consumer protection throughout the manufacturing process for sustainable textile production.

BlueSign works to ensure that textiles are made safely and sustainably by only allowing safe chemicals in production, minimizing environmental impact through water and energy efficiency, reducing pollutants released into the air through emissions control, ensuring safe working conditions for staff and guaranteeing that textiles are free from harmful substances for consumers.

By sourcing from and working with these top quality suppliers, we ensure our products are made responsibly through sustainable processes. This means you get clothing that’s not only high-quality but also better for people and the planet.

How do I wash and care for my Black Crest styles?

We recommend the following instructions when caring for your Black Crest styles to help them remain in prime condition and you can continue to wear them time and time again: 

Washing: Wash in cold water with like colors on delicate cycle without fabric softener or bleach.

Drying: Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry if you prefer. Avoid ironing, as high temperatures can damage decals.

Additional Tips from Our Customers:

  • Wash dark and light colors separately. 
  • If you've used bleach in your washing machine, rinse it out before washing your Black Crest.
  • Hand wash hats for best results.
  • For stains, treat them with liquid laundry detergent (no bleach or fabric softener) using a soft brush. Rinse with cold water, then with white vinegar. Repeat if necessary.
  • Follow your usual wash cycle and let your gear air dry until it reaches your desired condition.

By following these guidelines, you can help prolong the life of your Black Crest styles.

How do I find the right fit?

Does Black Crest offer wholesale or custom orders? 

Yes! Black Crest does offer a wholesale and custom orders. If you’re interested in placing a wholesale order, please complete our Wholesale Inquiry Form and a team member will promptly get in contact with you. 

Is there a minimum unit purchase requirement for a wholesale or custom order? 

Yes, we required a purchase to contain a minimum of 10 units of the same style to be purchased in a single wholesale order. 

Do you offer customizations or embroidery on wholesale or custom orders? 

Yes! Custom embroidery is available on wholesale orders for an additional fee. If you’re interested in an order with custom embroidery, please submit an inquiry though our Wholesale Inquiry Form

How much does custom embroidery typically cost on a wholesale or custom order? 

Additional embroidery costing will depend on many factors including the amount of units within the order, size of the embroidery patch, any additional features on the order, set-up fee, etc. If interested in a custom embroidery order, please reach out to our team with your inquiry by submitting our Wholesale Inquiry Form to get in touch with a team member.

Does Black Crest have any physical locations? 

Not at this time but our team is actively scouting locations for our first store! Let us know if you would like to see a Black Crest store in your area by submitting this interest form.  

How do I access my account?

You can access your Black Crest account by logging in on the My Account page. Need to make an account? Create a Black Crest account and gain access to your order history, recently viewed styles, and all other account information. 

How can I stay updated on new products and promotions?

You can stay updated by subscribing to receive our emails and texts, following us on social media, and regularly checking our website. Subscribers get exclusive access to new arrivals, special promotions, and events.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing communications?

We understand that your preferences may change over time, and we want to make it easy for you to opt-out of Black Crest marketing communications. Here’s how to unsubscribe from each channel:

SMS: To stop receiving SMS messages, simply reply with “STOP.”
